Memorial Hall Rental Rates
For 2010 Hutch Hall Productions has the ability to partner or negotiate with any event/act to be held in Memorial Hall. Contact us here and we can see what we can work out if the fees below don't work for your event.| Non-profit: | For Profit: |

If Leasee is going to sell Concessions an additional $150 is required to rent concession areas. A $500.00 refundable deposit is also required for use of concession equipment.
- All Beer sales can only be received by Hutch Hall Productions
- Security requirements are determined by Hutchinson Police Dept.
Under all sub-lease agreements any event related expenses are the responsibility of sub-leasee and not Hutch Hall Productions. To include but not limited to:
- Security
- Ticket Takers
- Concessions Operators
- Sound/Light Operators
- Licensing as Needed
- Equipment not currently in-house.
- All Concessions - unless Hutch Hall is running concessions.
Personnel Fees:
- House Personnel - (required at Hutch Hall Productions discretion) $20.00 per hour per person.
- Security - (as required by Hutch Hall Productions and Hutchinson Police Dept.) House Security $30.00 and hour/ Hutch Police Department $43.00 an hour
- Lighting/Sound Techs - $75 an hour per person
- Janitorial Fee - $175.00 (can be a deposit if self clean-up is approved)
- Box Office - $20.00 per hour per person
Ticketing online:
- $75.00 set-up.
- $1.50 per ticket sold fee.
- Postage billed to ticket buyer.
- Sales Tax and Credit Card % will also be removed from final payment to leasee.
Merchandise:
- Hutch Hall will receive 15% of all Merchandise sold unless for a non-profit/or other arrangements made.
